Returns Policy

Tartantown Ltd. offers a full money-back guarantee on most items if returned within 30 days of the purchase. If the total return value exceeds $250 (before tax), a 15% restocking fee will be taken off of the refund amount. Any customs or brokerage fees charged to Tartantown will be passed onto the customer.

Highland Dance Shoes

*If highland shoes show any sign of wear (discolored bottom, stretched leather, etc), a 15% restocking fee will be taken off the refund amount or may not be available for a refund/exchange. Please make sure to try shoes on a clean surface.

Highland Dance Jackets/Vests

*A 15% restocking fee will be taken off the refund amount of any colour jacket or vest other than black. Some sizes are not returnable.

To Return or Exchange Merchandise:

* Merchandise must be returned in UNUSED, RESALEABLE condition.

* Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.
* If sending from outside Canada, mark outside of package with "Returning Canadian Goods - Zero (0) Value".
* Ship using your national postal service (ie. USPS, Royal Mail, New Zealand Post, Australia Post etc.).
* Not following the instructions above may delay the refund process.

International Exchanges:

For international exchanges, please place a new order online.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment.
