The Moisture Genie Premium comes with dual coloured canisters made from a pliable material that takes just seconds to swap out.
A simple plug and play fit to the base of the blowpipe stock and that's it, installation done.
Three sizes of colour-coded caps lets you dial in the perfect amount of moisture-laden air to the pipe chanter for your particular climate, and breath humidity. For drier climates, getting moist air delivered to the chanter is a huge benefit! Dry air flows freely to the drone reeds, through the desiccant in the annular canister, giving hours of stable tone. When one canister is spent, simply plug in the spare and you’re ready to go!
That full, hide bag sound comes from the reed vibrations inside the pipe bag. When the pipe is tuned well those vibrations line up in harmony. Moisture Genie has nothing hindering the pathway to the reeds, allowing every reed the benefit of those natural harmonics!
